Character Study | Desert Fox
He is respectfully known as '#DesertFox', because of his war efforts in the African campaign. A decorated soldier, bravest and most intelligent in their country's history. Not only he is admired by his people and fellow soldiers, but even his enemies for leading an honorable battle. His allegiance to his leader is tested, when the leaders' political policies cause hatred. While he is open to the idea of bringing about change in leadership so as to preserve his country from annihilation, he is reluctant in forcefully removing him from power.
However, he is accused of complicity in the assassination attempt of the Fuhrer.
This characte rstudy is based on Erwin Rommel, who was synonymous with bravery and patriotism in reality and solely based on the film made for television Rommel (2017). Neither does this character study, nor this post embrace Nazism, it is only shared for historical purpose.
