Hitler's Death | A Mystery
75 years ago today, on 30th April, 1945, Adolf Hitler, the fuhrer of the third Reich (Nazi Germany) committed suicide, thus beginning the end of second world war in Europe. Pictured here is the photograph of the newspaper publication of 'Stars and Stripes' announcing Hitler's death on 2nd May, 1945.
Why did Hitler commit suicide?
Berlin was surrounded by the allied forces, Russian forces to be particular. Nazi Germany's armies across the Europe were stranded and deserted without supplies and ammunition. There was no chance that they could lend support. Earlier, some generals anticipated the fall of Third Reich and surrendered to allies.
Adolf Hitler never wanted to surrender. Because he knew what his enemies would do to his body like what they did to his counterpart in Italy Mussolini.
Therefore, Hitler didn't have a choice but to commit suicide along with his wife Eva Braun. He ordered his soldiers to immediately burn their bodies as even their bodies must not be recovered by the allies or his enemies. This is what history says, but conspiracy theorists suggest otherwise.
Did Adolf Hitler really die?
Bodies of Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun never recovered either by post war Germans or allied forces. There were no forensic reports confirming the Hitler's death. The world came to know of Hitler committing suicide on 1st May, 1945 by German radio announcement not by the allies. Don't you think it all leads to the suspicion of Hitler not committing suicide, perhaps he survived?
Reportedly, Nazi Germany mastered in propaganda. They could disseminate an idea to the far reaches of the world through their propaganda campaign. It is widely speculated that Nazi Germany lied about the end of Hitler. Why did they do it? An end needs to be put to the second World War as Nazi Germany was losing. There was no other better way than dying to end the war. But they didn't want to die.
Body doubles were popular during the war. Reportedly, Stalin, Adolf Hitler, even Winston Churchill had body doubles. They were meant to ensure their continuity if there was a threat of assassination to their real selves. The personal secretary of Adolf Hitler needed his fuhrer to survive the war. Therefore, he ensured the switch between the real Adolf Hitler, Eva Braun and the body doubles. Once he received confirmation that Hitler and Eva successfully escaped, their body doubles were executed, making the world believe that Adolf Hiter and Eva Braun committed suicide, thus marking the beginning of the end of the second world War.
Where did Adolf Hitler escape to?
In 1938, Nazi Germany's U-Boat (Submarine) division led an expedition to the South Pole - Antarctica. It was reported that they were building an underground fortess including airfield and hospitals capable of housing thousands. It was conceived as a "Resistance" wing, if Nazi Germany falls to the allies. The idea was in the event of defeat of Nazi Germany, the reminder forces will retreat to Antarctica, reinforce, replenish and strike back. Therefore, there were rumours that Hitler escaped to Antarctica through a U-Boat to Argentina, from there along with some Nazi officials fled to Antarctica.
Did Hitler's Reich prevail?
Conspiracy theorists say possibly yes. Hitler's personal secretary Martin Ludwig Bormann saw Nazi Germany's defeat in the war in 1943. So, he anticipated and convened a meeting between top military officers and industrialists in ensuring the business continuity of Germany. They moved their assets, money, gold looted from across Europe and other parts of the world to a classified location outside of Germany. In effect, the corporations either came into existence or existed during the period of Adolf Hitler, prevailed. They took the invaluable resources from safety and rebuilt their empires, and they continue to do so until now. Moreover, a key Nazi official was elected to lead the European Union after the war. Hitler had envisoned a European Union, and the EU which came into existence later is perhaps his manifestation. Thus, conspiracy theorists suggest that Hitler's Reich prevailed.
This post is nonpolitical. I don't embrace Neo-Nazism nor fascism. I'm only sharing this for historical purposes. Moreover, it is based on Netflix's documentary titled Conspiracies (Nazis).
